The room was spacious, and the staff are very nice with positive & polite attitudes. They are always happy to help you with any request you have. Concierge service helped me with booking tickets for museums around NYC. The hotel is safe with security around & in the lobby which was a ++ for me. Highly recommend!!!

We’re frequent guests of the Marriott Essex House and we love to stay here. Customer service is top notch. We requested Marcela as our waitress and he did not go wrong. She is a wonderful person she went through the menu in detail and gave us great recommendations. Food was excellent.
